We appreciate your support
At the heels of this life-changing pandemic, the aftermath left in it’s wake grows. The isolation, fear and alienation has left people and their families in a secondary crisis: Addiction, depression, anxiety and suicide are morphing into the next pandemic. In addition, we hear a desperate plea for help from our underprivileged communities struggling for resources. We are overwhelmed with individuals in crisis and there is an emergent and growing need for education and support services. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics states that addiction counselors will be in greater demand for the next decade than ever before. You have a critical opportunity to affect change in all of our communities. We're in this together and NCADD/Westchester is proud to lead the charge with our treatment partners everywhere.
Sponsor A StudentThat’s where YOU make all the difference. In honor of Black History Month, NCADD would like to sponsor the education of as many well deserving students as possible, as they have overcome their own obstacles, and wish to make a difference in their own communities. What a wonderful opportunity to consider fostering leaders, counselors and future therapists on their life changing career paths.
Just as everyone in the helping field, NCADD has had its challenges and every and any amount will help us help those struggling to find a way out, a way that provides hope and a new life. |
Sponsor A StudentEach February, the United States observes Black History Month. This month is dedicated to honoring the history, struggles, and triumphs of black people in America and around the world.
Under President Gerald R. Ford, the entire month of February has become known as Black History Month. President Ford urged Americans to, “seize the opportunity to honor the too-often neglected accomplishments of black Americans in every area of endeavor throughout our history.” With that in mind, this pandemic
has affected our struggling communities greatly. This is a plea to as that you consider sponsoring a student. |
