The mission of the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence / Westchester Inc. is to provide information, education, prevention and referrals. Our goal is to help eradicate the stigma of addiction and educate the public regarding the disease of chemical dependency. NCADD / Westchester is a private, not-for-profit organization providing services to individuals and their families who are affected by alcohol and other drugs. We assist clients and their families to find the best help to suit their needs and resources, be it medical detoxification, in patient rehabilitation, counseling, and/or self help groups.

Since its inception, NCADD has directly assisted thousands of individuals and/or families find effective treatment or recovery programs for alcoholism and other drug problems. In addition, NCADD conducts alcohol/drug education presentations in schools and community groups.

We are eager, and we are committed to reaching all people in Westchester County whose lives have been affected by the disease of alcoholism and drug dependence.
